Terms of Service

1. Service
MD4AI provides a CLI tool and web dashboard for scanning and visualising Claude Code project configurations. The service is operated by Testate Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”).
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must not share your account with others.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.
- Reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Upload malicious content through the CLI or API.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload via the CLI. We store it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
5. Availability
We aim to keep MD4AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided on a best-effort basis during the beta period.
6. Pricing
MD4AI is currently free for individual developers. We may introduce paid tiers in the future. Existing free features will remain available, and we will give reasonable notice before any pricing changes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The CLI scans configuration files only and does not modify your source code.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your scan data will be deleted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
